Return Policy
IN&OUT store by supporting E-Commerce, enables you to enjoy the
privilege of direct contact with the products on your computer screen quickly
and easily, through the fullness of the descriptions it posts on its pages and
the corresponding photos. Wanting to highlight the benefits of using the
Internet for product and service purchases, we provide the terms and conditions
for returning products.
Product Returns due to
delivery error
In all cases where products delivered are other than the ordered, by the type
or the quantity previously agreed in writing with IN & OUT, the customer
may return the products for check and identification of the error. In this
case, the costs of returning products as well as the costs of return to the
customer are borne by IN & OUT as long as the way proposed by the company
to return the products be respected.
Returns of defective products
If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, the following apply:
- The product to be replaced must be returned with
all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. delivery note – invoice,
receipt and so on) and full packaging. If it is a defect found later than
delivery and packaging is missing or if the packaging of the product was
received by the distributors upon delivery of the item, it is not
necessary to package the product.
- Products will be returned either by IN &
OUT's personnel and transport means or by courier. In the case of returns via
courier, the customer is charged with shipping costs to IN & OUT, and
IN & OUT is charged for the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired
product.
- Following the return of the products, the defect
referred to by the customer is checked and then communicated with same to
inform him/her of the results of the check.
- If the defect is detected, the product is
replaced or else the transaction is canceled if the product cannot be
repaired within a reasonable time and it cannot be found by IN & OUT
any other product of equivalent or better characteristics or of equivalent
value for replacement. If the transaction is canceled, the refund of the
original purchase is made in the same way as the customer's original
payment to IN & OUT.
- In particular, in the case of credit card
payment, IN & OUT will be obliged to inform the issuing Bank about the
cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any
transaction provided under the contract it has concluded with the customer
without IN & OUT interference. IN & OUT, following this update to
the bank, has no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of
the settlement, regulated by the contract. In the case of a bank wire
transfer payment, a bank wire transfer from IN & OUT’s accounts to the
client will be made.
- In the event that products are returned damaged
or short, IN & OUT has the right to claim compensation from the
customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the
products as well as unilaterally and unconditionally, wholly or partly
offsetting this claim against the customer.
Return of non-defective
products - Right of withdrawal from the customer without cause
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14
calendar days of delivery, and further, when there are many products in the
same order from the delivery of the latter, while when there is an obligation
to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first. Withdrawal
is subject to the following conditions:
- This withdrawal is without cause and without any
charge and if the item has already been delivered, the customer must
return the product exactly in the state he/she has received it, with all
its parts, the accompanying documents and the packaging in excellent
condition. Return of the item is accepted only if the purchaser has first
paid out any sums paid by IN & OUT for the delivery of the item to
him/her as well as the shipping costs for the return of the item.
- The withdrawal notice is filed in writing or
electronically and IN & OUT is required to send confirmation of
receipt of a withdrawal notice statement as soon as it receives it.
- Following the withdrawal notice, IN & OUT is
required to reimburse the price received within 14 days of receipt of the
products.
- Shipping costs are not refunded if the customer
had chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method
offered by IN & OUT.
- The return of the money to the customer will be
done by the same means as the original payment. Specifically in the case
of credit card billing as follows: if, until the withdrawal and return of
the item has been paid to IN & OUT by the Bank, IN & OUT will be
obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and
the bank will proceed to an act based on the contract it has drawn up with
the client. IN & OUT, following this update to the Bank, has no
responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the settlement,
regulated by the contract. In the case of a bank wire transfer, the refund
will also be made by bank transfer to the client’s same account.
- The customer is liable to indemnify IN & OUT
if he/she has made use of it other than what is necessary to ascertain the
nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period up to the
withdrawal notice. The nature, characteristics and operation of the goods
should be ascertained on the basis of the information provided by IN &
OUT, however, without opening the packaging of the products and using the
product. IN & OUT is willing to inform the customer on any questions
about the nature and operation of the products by providing additional
information material in electronic or other ways. In the case of opening
the packaging or use of the products their value automatically decreases
as the product is classified as second-hand and the customer must
compensate IN & OUT for the reduction of the value of the product. The
reduction in value resulting from the opening of the packaging and
consequently from the product’s classification as a used item is
considered on a case-by-case basis and is determined by IN & OUT and
is usually in the percentage of 20% -30%. IN & OUT is entitled to
agree with the customer on its compensation even by offsetting.
- In the event that products are returned damaged
or short, IN & OUT has the right to claim compensation from the
customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the
products as well as to unilaterally and unconditionally, wholly or partly
offsetting this claim against the customer.
Exceptions to the withdrawal
There can be no withdrawal from a supply of goods
manufactured according to the customer's specifications or that are clearly
personalized. Specifically, this does not apply:
A) if a product has been ordered in dimensions
specified by the customer and not in the standard dimensions on the website
B) in the case of a scarper mat with a logo which has
the customer’s logo and has been manufactured for him/her and will only be sold
to him/her. The only case for return, is the obvious failure in production.
Product Return Procedure
Since telephone communication with IN & OUT has
taken place, the customer packs and sends the package with
the product (s). Inside the parcel you will have a document stating the way of
refund, should the product qualify for such or the information about the new
product he/she wants to receive. If the package arrives and it proves that the
return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained
in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the transportation
costs will be borne by him.
It is reminded that for any change, the customer is
only charged for the shipping costs while IN & OUT is charged with the
return of the products to the customer.
